The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing tech stack, with a strong focus on HubSpot and Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include optimizing lead generation processes, automating workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling the LDR team. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and improve lead management strategies.

You will be heavily involved in executing campaigns and programs that fuel our marketing initiatives. This includes webinars, digital marketing, and leveraging the full breadth and power of marketing automation. Your role will be essential in driving strategic operations and enhancing the performance of our global marketing efforts. You'll have the opportunity to lead in the development of effective marketing techniques while playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our demand generation campaigns.

This role will be based in our Pune office.

Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize marketing workflows, automations, and nurturing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Manage lead scoring models and manage lead routing processes to sales teams.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and synchronization between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Build and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and analytics to track campaign performance, lead generation, and customer journey insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage segmentation and database health to prevent database exhaustion and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Support marketing campaigns, programs, and segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the marketing automation platform and provide solutions to maintain system performance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and usage.
  • Assist with the management of Lead Development Reps (LDRs), including day-to-day operations, training, and development.
  • About to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, with significant experience managing HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoom Info.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and CRM processes.
  • Experience with data integration and ensuring smooth operations between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, Google Apps, and Slack.
