Role Summary:
We are looking for a Software Engineering Project Manager who has experience leading complex, technical development efforts including management of cross functional development and test teams to deliver high-quality products on-time. Candidates will need to have a strong understanding of software development, test automation and release processes with an ability to coordinate SW release and delivery of multiple products to ensure company milestones stay on schedule.
What you'll be doing:
Work with cross-functional project teams to drive software development, test, and release activitiesIdentify and prioritize project tasks and risksDrive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure projects meet top level requirements and are delivered on timeEffectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholdersManage Software, Systems and Manufacturing test execution and reportingCoordinate FW release and test deliverables for ASPICE complianceWhat you'll have:
Experience with defining scope and prioritizing work to meet release schedulesExperience in Agile software development principlesStrong facilitation skills to lead efficient technical design requirements, status, and review meetingsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience shipping complex projects within an aggressive timelineExperience coordinating QA and test automationExperience with SW project management tools such as JAMA, JIRA, Spreadsheets and ConfluenceNice to haves:
Experience with automotive processes and standards ASPICE, V-model, V&V testingExperience with scripting / automation
