The Opportunity
Join the Campus Team as a Campus Recruiter on a 4-month contract, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future talent by sourcing and hiring top intern candidates from various educational institutions.
In This Role, You'll Get To
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top intern talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Plan and manage a calendar of hiring events and career fairs, promoting your company’s opportunities.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Highly effective organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in planning and managing recruitment events and preparing marketing materials.
It’s Great if You Have
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably with a focus on campus recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
