The Opportunity: 

The Coordinator, Contracts Management will play a vital part in helping us enable and scale up our contracting processes and tools. Our ideal candidate should possess knowledge of contract management, legal terminology, and detail-oriented.

This position is based in the CentralWorld office in Bangkok, Thailand, and has a hybrid working setup (2 days in-office). Agoda will not sponsor visas and working permits for this position. 

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

  • Manage end-to-end contract requests in the Contract Management System and ensure contracts are finalized correctly, in compliance with internal processes, and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the process and accurately validate contract data generated with AI.
  • Monitor and schedule reminders for contract expiration or renewal.
  • Be a go-to person for all contract operational questions or issues.
  • Support data migration tasks: collect, track, analyze, and report contract data.
  • Support the Legal Operations Team in creating, maintaining, and looking for ways to improve our contracting processes.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of work experience in related fields
  • Experience with contract management is highly desired.
  • Excellent clear communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships.
  • Tech-savvy: ability to understand standard logics and functionality of new software.
  • Strong skill set working with business applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, open-minded attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience with international company is a plus.
  • Understand the nature of a fast-paced business environment.

  • Experience working in APAC 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a multicultural environment 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional judgment and client relationship skills
