Get to Know our Team:  

Supply Operations team creates and supports processes, product & tooling to enable commercial growth through innovations and technical platforms. They are analytical, results-driven and believe in leveraging data to inform and design the extranet & automations that enhance partner experience. 

In this role of Supply Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and user experience of our extranet platform through regular engagements with markets, understanding gaps in the system, and collaborating with both internal and external teams. The Supply Operations Lead will aim to enhance the system to better serve our partners and our business needs alongside deriving insights into making better business decisions. 

In This Role, You’ll Get To: 

  • Identify problems and opportunities to improve extranet efficiency, partner engagement, and self-service capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for partners. 
  • Lead end-to-end projects or a collection of projects, with a primary focus on change management for new launches on the extranet. 
  • Benchmark extranet features and functionalities against other OTAs to design innovative and competitive solutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to design, implement, and roll out solutions, while supporting testing and analyzing results. 
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed business decisions. 
  • Be a subject matter expert in Agoda tools and systems, driving continuous improvement and adoption. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

  • Problem Solving & Solution Designing: Expertise in identifying complex challenges, analyzing root causes, and designing innovative, data-driven solutions that align with business goals and enhance extranet efficiency. 
  • Project Management Expertise: Ability to independently lead mid-large scale global projects ranging of various complexity while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 
  • Technical Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about systems, tools, and logic.  
  • Data & Analytical Skills: Can utilize data skills to interpret complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights which can help stakeholders make better informed decisions, ensuring better experience for our partners. An understanding of SQL and data visualization tools like Superset and/or Tableau is preferred. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Is proactive in relaying information to stakeholders. Capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience. Comfortable with both written and verbal communication. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and locations. Ability to understand and manage expectations and requirements effectively. 
  • Proactive and Fast-Paced: Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changes and challenges, and driving initiatives forward. Can prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ownership Mentality: A self-starter who takes full ownership of their domain, ensuring that issues are not just identified but also resolved.
