Get To Know Our Team:

The Supply department is the B2B part within the Agoda organization that links with our external partners to ensure the supply of accommodation, flights and activities. Within Supply, the ‘Commercial Excellence’ team has been formed to raise the commercial performance across the entire department, by maintaining the highest standards of productivity, harmonizing practices and generating incremental value through innovation and large-scale projects.

In This Role, You’ll Get To:

Stakeholder Management:

  1. Collaborate with Supply Central Management and senior leadership to align on commercial excellence initiatives.
  2. Build consensus and foster partnerships across departments to achieve project objectives.

Project Delivery:

  1. Lead end-to-end project execution, from defining scope and metrics to piloting market tests and scaling globally.
  2. Deliver innovative solutions tailored to market needs, including launching new tools or initiatives (e.g., messaging apps).
  3. Execute hands-on tasks and delve deep into implementation to ensure project success.

Strategic Execution:

  1. Leverage data to identify opportunities to boost team productivity and efficiency.
  2. Develop frameworks and business cases to drive strategic decision-making.
  3. Build and deploy dashboards, presentations, and tools to track performance and foster discussions.

 What You’ll Need to Succeed (Must Have)

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a business or quantitative field (e.g., computer science, engineering, economics, mathematics, or finance).
  • 6+ years of experience, ideally in top-tier consulting firms, global tech companies, or fast-growing startups.
  • Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, planning, and execution with a strong focus on delivery and innovation.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively ("outside the box") and collaborate on innovative initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English), with the ability to clearly convey project updates to various management levels.
  • A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

It’s Great if You Have (Good to Have)

  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in the hotel or OTA industry.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders on complex projects.
