The Role:

As a Project Management Specialist, you’ll oversee translation projects in 40+ languages, ensuring Agoda’s products resonate across global markets.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage localization projects from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams on product updates, marketing campaigns, and customer support materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, monitor deliveries, and manage budgets.
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and ensure quality standards.
  • Support stakeholders under tight deadlines, fostering seamless communication.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 1+ year of project management experience, ideally in localization.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools and localization best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset and interpersonal skills.
