Get To Know Our Team:
The Supply department is the B2B part within the Agoda organization that links with our external partners to ensure the supply of accommodation, flights and activities. Within Supply, the “Performance Excellence team” is all about empowering people to grow, succeed, and feel happy in their work. We provide the tools, processes, and support needed to help Supply talents perform at their best and thrive.
Your Role
- Hiring & Onboarding: Build and improve hiring processes by introducing initiatives like shadowing and automating training for new managers. Create a strong induction program to help new hires succeed and grow quickly.
- Learning, Growth & Performance: Design and manage L&D programs, create career mobility frameworks, develop retention plans for top talent, and lead the Supply performance review process to ensure continuous improvement.
- Operations, Communications & Data: Oversee PE operations (audits, seating, F&B, budgets), streamline monthly communications, and create a data repository to track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Engagement: Identify areas for improvement in employee engagement (e.g., recognition, collaboration) and lead initiatives to make a meaningful impact.
- Other Projects: Take ownership of additional projects that support the team’s goals and contribute to organizational success.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Must Have)
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in top-tier consulting firms, global tech companies, or fast-growing startups.
- Expertise in project management, stakeholder management, planning, and execution with a strong focus on delivery and innovation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English), with the ability to clearly convey project updates to various management levels.
- A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
