Agoda Supply Team is a group of creative entrepreneurs that develop solutions for Agoda’s accommodation partners and promote Agoda’s top and bottom-line growth. We design tailored business and product solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value. Members of our team are empowered and supported to grow their market(s) or accounts. We develop win-win relationships and leverage Agoda’s unique accommodations portfolio and tech solutions to bring our partners the advantages they seek. Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we roll out new product to increase the visibility of Agoda, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant revenues to the overall business.
The Tech Partnerships team is responsible for driving revenue growth through collaboration with technical connectivity providers who provide a dynamic connection between accommodation partners and the Agoda platform. The team analyzes, plans, and executes direct supply growth strategy using both technical and commercial levers.
The Opportunity:
Senior Project Manager – Tech Partnerships (Special Project) will work alongside with commercial leads and relevant stakeholders to formulate & implement strategy, initiatives, and projects that enable growth of Tech Partnerships Team.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Support and facilitate strategic discussion & decisions, and form business cases for Tech Partnerships commercial & technical leads, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Assist leadership in tracking and visualizing team’s progress by ensuring summary reporting on KPI and milestones across all Tech Partnerships initiatives, including preparing dashboards & slide decks.
- Lead key projects execution and plan proof-of-concept of commercial initiatives with our Tech Partners.
- Find ways to improve and streamline operational workflow, KPI tracking, and knowledge management. Where possible, help building templates, automations, and AI tools to increase the efficiency of our operational workflow, project management.
- Be the go-to person that everyone in Tech Partnership Team & relevant stakeholders turn to when they are looking for trustworthy information about our projects.
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Must Have):
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, engineering).
- 5+ years of experience working in project management area or analyst in Business, technology firms, consulting companies.
- A high level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially in the preparation of professional slide decks and the efficient management of large volumes of tasks and emails.
- A basic understanding of project management methodology.
- Strong organizational skills along with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance the demands of many high-level stakeholders under time pressure.
- An agile self-starter mentality and the ability to learn fast, react quickly and find a way to organize yourself and others in a less structured, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchy.
- The drive, speed and creativity to not only execute given tasks, but proactively come up with your own ideas and create improvements for everyone.
- The willingness to learn about project management, data manipulation and visualization tools and to propose the best ways of working with them.
It's Great if you have:
- Experience in Internet, E-commerce, technology or travel industry experience is a plus
- Experience in Management Consulting is a plus
- Bachelor or equivalent degree required, MBA is a plus
