Talent Sourcing Senior Manager  (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

The Opportunity: 

As the Senior Sourcing Manager at Agoda, you will lead our global sourcing function, collaborating with key stakeholders including Recruitment and Operations leaders, Talent Business Partners, and the Technology & Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a global team dedicated to filling challenging roles, ensuring they achieve world-class sourcing standards. Joining the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will oversee a team of over 15 inclusive of managers, leads, and sourcers. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining and executing strategies that enhance our sourcing capabilities, positioning Agoda as a leader in talent acquisition. 

In this Role, you will get to:  

  • Lead and innovate globally to develop and implement strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness and delivery across Tech and Non-Tech Roles 
  • Drive improvements to increase the quality of hires (measured by objective metrics) through data-driven experimentation 
  • Improve and develop new process to ensure operational excellence in your team in throughout hiring, reporting and process improvement 
  • Delivery data-drive strategy and insights to ensure continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivery within sourcing 
  • Make data-driven decisions using root-cause analysis, develop hypothesis and experiment, measure results leading to improvements 
  • Align and enable leads to in development of strategies to build talent pipelines and effectively raise or lower the bar adapting to hiring needs 
  • Build high performing teams while managing managers and create the process, frameworks, and enablement to ensure performance is tracked, improved and development of team is continuous 
  • Act as a sponsor and help sourcing team deliver projects to transform the sourcing function. Examples of projects are: 
    – Conduct market insights and create “pitch cards” to better sell Agoda to candidates from specific companies or other backgrounds 
    – Introducing new sourcing tools such as CRM 
    – Building an upskilling program for Sourcers 
    – Experimenting with different recruitment processes such as new RPS scripts, new coding assessment tools 

 

What you will Need to Succeed: 

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment and a minimum of 5 years of team management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment 
  • Expertise in best-in-world sourcing strategies and ability to translate them to team’s best practice and positively influence their results with it 
  • Ability to structure, lead and deliver complex projects – and ability to coach and guide team members to be able to deliver theirs at their respective scopes 
  • Ability to leverage data to take decisions and optimize the results, using root cause analysis and hypothesis testing 
  • Leadership skills to rally sourcers to achieve stretch targets 
  • Strong experience and aptitude in influencing stakeholders to align and create new strategies 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
