As an Associate Experience Designer, you will assist with the delivery of high quality work while learning your craft. You will learn to apply artistry and craftsmanship to strategic insights, enabling you to develop work that delights customers and delivers business results. You will collaborate with specialists across a range of disciplines to conceive and create innovative digital experiences. You must be passionate about user-centred design and dedicated to building out reputation for work that is groundbreaking and influential.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Assist the team to conceive, develop and execute expertly crafted digital design solutions across a range of touchpoints including websites and mobile apps.
- Confidently collaborate and present your work.
- Proactively research and pursue ideas for professional development.
- Possess a basic understanding of user-centred design and information architecture.
- Be curious and passionate about your craft.
- Take responsibility for the timely execution of all project deliverables.
QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS
- 2-3 years experience working in experience design.
- Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional design portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented, with a proactive attitude.
- Intermediate or higher Japanese is required.
- Conversational or higher English ability is preferred but not required.
- A design-related degree is advantageous.
