Key Output

  • Accountable to review fleet performance metrics in order to create accurate fleet performance health indicators and trends.
  • Accountable for the facilitation and co-ordination of distributing fleet health KPI’s to all stakeholders.
  • Accountable for analysing, comparing and trending the weekly and monthly fleet performance KPI's and relevant condition monitoring as well as financial reports to determine corrective action required to improve and sustain overall fleet performance.
    •  Accountable to identify and distribute pertinent trends and deviations as well as recommending corrective action with the MARC and / or CSA Fleet Maintenance Managers for implementation.
  • Accountable to monitor efficacy of corrective actions
  • Accountable to escalate if issues have not been addressed.
  • Accountable to facilitate ad hoc requests for data / information from the CMMS system.
  • Accountable for identifying and incorporating data inputs from current and future technologies into overall fleet health assessments
  • Circulate the daily, weekly and monthly fleet health reports to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and circulate exception reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collate, analyse, compare and trend input data from various disparate sources in order to:
    • Create and manage a fleet health dashboard
  • Determine corrective actions required to improve and sustain performance.
  • Identify and recommend suitable mitigating and containment strategies.
  • Follow up to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders / service providers to develop mitigating actions.
  • Escalate if issues have not been addressed with Regional and CoE Senior management
  • Facilitate ad hoc CMMS requests and obtain the required data/ information from the system.
  • Advise on relevant technologies (ECA /ACM /AMT) regarding implementation and utilisation to an effective standard.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • >5 to 8 years experience in an equipment management capacity
  • Technical qualification (Relevant trade qualification) or
  • Diploma in engineering / analytics / project management
