To oversee various aspects of Barloworld and Barloworld Equipment learning and development programmes for the PJBLA school of excellence: Sales, Technology, Leadership, Operator and Technology by ensuring a pipeline of skilled employees in support of the Barloworld Equipment Strategy.

Implementation
• Provide administrative support with regards to the implementation of the talent development strategy, policies and procedures
• Be flexible to provide administration relief at the various learning sites as and when required by the senior Administration Learning and/or the manager.
• Ensure that records both filing and electronic systems are updated with correct documentation
• Assist with general and specific compliance activities related to audits internal audits and SETA audits and related corporate governance requirements as when required.
• Prepare the evidence documents for the Senior administration Learning.
• Provide administration support to the learning team
• Assist in BBEE verification of PJBLA Processes, System and Administrative Data
Revenue and Finance Management

• Preparing project payment (creating Payments Requirements or Purchase Order as per assigned roles) and handling payment related queries
• Billing for customers and invoicing
• Quotes generations for customers in Southern Africa
• MRM control and monitor
• Recruitment for internal business and partly for external customers
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Debtors’ collections for multiple departments
• Quality compliance and audit preparations
• RFQ control and monitor
• Handle providers payments and allocate to right department
• Accounts for Bursaries
Supply chain Management –assisting with department related procurement items, ensuring that project related contracts
IT

Ensure that department related queries are resolved as when required. Ensure that IT requirements for training venues are in places before training /workshop commence
General services
Stationary requirements for the department, asset register updates, obtaining courier service when required etc.
Marketing

Preparing marketing items for events, responsible for departmental, specific marketing items like banner and corporate gifts and inventory
Travel booking
As and required by various projects
Data capturing

Capturing of learning registers and related administration to ensure completeness of records as per the defined business processes
This includes but is not limited to assisting with the annual submission of the workplace skill Plan and annual training report.

Specific talent development processes such as
IDPs, Bursaries, Graduate development programme support.
Certification printing
Logistics management
Organizing meetings/training rooms, refreshments for meetings /workshop as per the defined business process, lease with supplier/vendors (trainers, learning vendors, caterers, printer) to finalise logistic for training
Bookings
• Co-ordinate the successful deliveries of classroom training including liaison with attendees, trainers, caterers etc. as per define business processes
Secretariat support-
Organizing meetings meetings/training room, minutes taking and distribution of minutes and agenda, technology requirements for meetings as and when required
Event support
• preparation of events documentation including register, name badges, branding requirements etc.
• Issues correspondence (letters, emails, faxes) approved by senior administrator:
• Learning Assist the broader team with ad hoc activities/task related to the successful implementation of departmental duties. projects and related activities

Minimum Required Qualification

• Matric or NGF level 4 equivalent qualification (social science/Education/Commerce
Minimum required experience:

• At least three years administration experience would be advantageous
Desired Experience:

• At least three to five years administration experience would be advantageous
