Key Output

• Preparation of the month actual, forecast and plan periods files

• Completion of the monthly management accounts

• Review and follow up of monthly results for the business unit

• Assist with the review and control over Capex spend

• Assist with the executive review reports

• Responsible for relationship with various stakeholders

• Ensure governing rules for various countries are adhered to from a Rental perspective

• Assist with preparation of forecasts

• Provide support to the sales team, financial manager and the general/country manager of the allocated sites

• Participate in identifying and reporting on system and interface issues

• Assistance and completion of any ad-hoc requirements

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• BCom Accounting with 2 years’ experience in Management accounting role or CA (SA)

• Knowledge and experience of financial reporting systems would be an advantage (Kerridge/K8, HFM,NAXT,SAP and OneStream)

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work under pressurised circumstances and to meet deadlines

• Attention to detail

• Problem solving skills

• Experience in dealing with entities outside of RSA would be advantageous
