Key Output
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts on SIS 2.0
• Quote creation and following up with the Customer.
• Process parts orders, maintain them efficiently and effectively.
• Provide feedback to customers with their Backorders status.
• Planning and Releasing Parts on CRM
• Onboarding customers on the online system
• Creating Shopping cart and Quotations on our Online system (PCC)
• Doing Standby, Cross Selling
• General other duties that might be expected from time to time in line with parts sales business
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12
• SAP Knowledge (will be an advantage)
• Understanding HIS (Hydraulic Information System) (will be an advantage)
• Telephone Etiquette and relationship building skills.
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sell the value, make use of reference material, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• MS Office necessity ,passion for the brand
• Mechanical understanding
• Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively and to provide options.
• IMM qualification would be a recommendation
• Basic business and financial acumen.
