Key Outputs
- Reliability monitoring of applicable mobile fleets
- Trend performance of fleets across sites, regions and countries
- Develop appropriate mitigation and rectification action plans
- Liaise with customer, operations and LoB, to develop plans
- Assist with onsite implementing of approved action, monitor progress and results
- Liaise with CAT where necessary
- Escalate issues where appropriate
- Lower overall owning and operating costs
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement on priority sites
- Analyse failure event, distribution, behaviour, cost and risk data to determine action priorities
- RCAs are performed, reported and acted on for all significant loss events
- Maintenance Tactics and Task Lists are continuously improved, based on data and analysis
- Enables the effectiveness of Condition Monitoring maintenance tactics
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of Reliability Engineering Experience and prior management/leadership experience
- Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience.
- Advanced SAP/AMT maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge.
- Knowledge of parts inventory management, and mechanical and electrical equipment design reliability principles.
- Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC).
