Key Outputs
• Effective self-management and performance ownership.
• Processing Credits & Debits
• ATAI control and preparation for submission
• Updating Service Credits on Share Drive
• Run Performance report Monthly for PSP’s
• Running of general departmental reports
• Creating Purchase Requisitions
• Creating Migo’s for Invoices
• Maintaining and posting invoices to accounting
• Backup for sales co-ordinator when required
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12
• Computer Literate (sound Microsoft office knowledge)
• Basic business development skills.
• Adequate business and financial planning.
• Ms Office knowledge (compulsory).
• Interpersonal relations skills.
• Experience in parts sales administration environment.
• SAP experience.
• Problem solving skills (out of the box thinking)
• Successful candidate must be result driven
