• Meet month- to month sales target in New, Used and Rental.

• Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/customer base

• Effective territory Management.

• Accurately and effectively deal with sales administrative tasks.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Good customer relationship skills.

• Business planning and development skills and knowledge

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Sound technical knowledge of CAT equipment and industry, CAT product ine including accessories and work tools.

• Knowledge of CRM tools.

• Knowledge of MS office

• B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent

• Communication and facilitation skills

• Financial acumen.

• Experience in a Technical Sales Role in Mining Industry.
