Key Output

• Manage costing team and provide administrative support to service operation and

• achieving customer satisfaction.

• Resolve internal and external customer queries

• Accurately control costing end-to-end processes

• SAP/CRM Superuser functions

• Co- ordinate with Planning team for WIP management and target execution and effectively

• control cost center expenses and Work-in-Progress.

• Achieve a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.

• Follow up on debtors’ queries and resolve internal and external customer concerns

• Ensure Staffing & Safety requirements of team and environment are achieved.

• Ensure effective communication between team and management.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Appropriate academic background (Grade 12 and an accounting or administration

• qualification

• Leadership Potential able to achieve results utilizing talent in team.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of costing / administration

• Effective self-management and performance ownership

• Good analytical skills and accuracy

• Good Time management.

• Sound communication skills

• Attention to detail
