• Management development on new products
• Present technology issues to management
• Manage and report on TSC (Technology Solution Centre) performance
• Compile informative technology issue reports and address to Regional Service management
• Provide expert technical support / providing continuous training sessions to all relevant employees
• Resolve technology issues according to requirements
• Build effective customer relationships
• Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership
• Manage strategic projects as advised periodically.
• Driving Technology to grow the regional turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and support resources allocated in the region and ensure customer acceptance
• Regional support of all aspects of the Cat Minestar System Management
• Attend customer meetings, drew action plans with minutes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage installation and selling of Product Link and Vision Link to non-VIMS machines in allocated regions
• Manage and support all CAS Level 09 projects in the region.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• >5 years’ experience in Service management
• Experience in earthmoving environment would be an added advantage
• Experience in a project environment would be an added advantage
• Advanced computer hardware and networking experience
