Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

  • Accompany clients into the community, on errands, and to appointments
  • Spend time on your client's favorite hobbies and activities
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
  • Participate in community integration activities

 

Qualifications for DSPs:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience working with I/DD individuals preferred but not required - we provide training!
