BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking PRN / Floater Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Montgomery and Bucks County PA. We will be able to provide you with 24-30 hours a month of work.
We service individuals with I/DD such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and more, around Montgomery County, PA and Bucks County, PA in places like:
- Pottstown, PA
- Quakertown, PA
- Lansdale, PA
- Blue Bell, PA
- Warrington, PA
- and so much more!

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional / DSP:
- Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community

- You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)
- You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
- You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation or housework
- You will participate in community integration activities
Qualifications for DSPs:
- One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training MAY be available through our apprentice program
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Ability to commit to being available/on-call

Pay rate: $19 / hr, weekly pay
