Product Lead – Stealth Edutainment Venture (BCG X Portfolio)

We’re Building Tomorrow. BCG X is the tech build and design unit of BCG.

At BCG X. Ventures (formerly BCG Digital Ventures) we apply an end-to-end approach to build and launch standalone and new core businesses. We turn differentiated assets into strategic advantages that unlock growth, building everything needed—products and technology, business models and go-to-market strategies, and operations and organization foundations—to launch these projects at speed.

Nurturing every child to drive positive change for the planet, through stories and adventures

Alongside our corporate partner, BCGX is building an immensely purpose-led pair of ventures that enable children to learn about our world and absorb values that help them thrive in an ever-changing world. The first venture uses fun missions to empower children in their formative years to imbibe critical values that prepare them to face the world, while the second venture transforms memorable physical experiences into personalized stories that stem from children’s imagination.

The ventures are based in Singapore and backed by one of the most purpose-led organizations that treasures humanity and conservation alongside a focus on the bottom-line.

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead (PM) with a passion for nurturing every child to become an everyday hero who drives positive change for himself / herself, others and the world, who also cares about animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and sustainability.

  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Develop venture materials (business case, pitches, demos) to communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs

You should have:

  • Experience working in the edu-tech space is a strong plus
  • Familiarity working in corporate environments and managing stakeholders therein
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional “pods” of engineering, PM, design and commercial
