The Strategy & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing effective operating procedures for the Beyond Finance Sales Department’s call center. Their duties include reviewing and implementing processes to improve company operations. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”
What You'll Do
- Manage initiatives that focus on new projects, process optimization and customer and employee experience enhancements; Initiatives will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementation
- Lead roadmap of enhancements to drive continuity, reduce risk, and enable new capabilities
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvements
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions
- Author and deliver executive level reporting, including periodic business reviews
- Designs and builds robust architecture to support product / operations / business initiatives.
- Is an expert in a topic / area of coverage, and the trusted ' go to', such that others seek their opinion.
- Articulates suggestions and opinions to leadership frequently, and backed by data and knowledge of the project and business.
- Knowledgeable on compliance and operational rules and how they apply to the business.
- Expert on the product and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Previous call center experience is a plus.
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with solid business judgment
- Strong knowledge of business and concepts
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirty
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
