Support developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, encompassing online user activities, promotions, and campaignsCollaborate with internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaignsAnalyze data results to generate insights for campaign enhancement and performance optimizationUndertake quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the company to continuously improve user experience by identifying and addressing points of frictionIntroduce solutions to provide seamless journey for our customersRequirements
Current undergraduate / graduate student or fresh graduate in Business MajorsFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantagePassion and deep understanding of crypto and blockchain industries Preferably relevant experience in digital marketing (strategy and/or lifecycle)Preferably prior experience in implementing marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems
