Key Responsibilities

  • As an Internal Audit Intern, you will support the team in:

  • Audit Planning & Execution
  • Assist in planning and preparing for internal audits, including gathering relevant data and documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of business processes, risks, and controls.
  • Perform audit testing under the supervision of senior auditors.

  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Document audit findings and observations in line with company standards.
  • Assist in drafting audit reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of audit workpapers and evidence.

  • Data Analysis & Tools
  • Support data analysis tasks using tools such as Excel, or other analytics software.
  • Assist in automating audit processes and improving efficiency.

  • Other Duties
  • Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional audits or projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to internal audit as needed.
  • Requirements

  • Education
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Integrity and a strong sense of confidentiality.

  • Experience
  • Previous internship or coursework in auditing, accounting, or finance is a plus.
