Responsibilities:
Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risksAnalyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholdersAssist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverablesAssist with preparation of various internal reporting, compiling, collating, summarizing data and proofreadingParticipate in training programs related to Compliance and other subjects relating to day-to-day responsibilitiesPerform any general administration and ancillary activities as assigned by the teamWork with various internal and external compliance applications and programs such as Refinitiv World-Check and google applicationsRequirements:
Economics, Social Science, Law or Business Administration majorKnowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferredMust be a very strong communicator both orally and written in English, proficiency in a second language is a bonusMust be a comprehensive reader able to understand complex subjectsMust be data-driven, possess strong attention to detailAbility to work independently across functional and geographic boundariesShould demonstrate learning agility and maintain a critical and innovative mindsetCrypto enthusiastWe appreciate confidence, a results-driven attitude, and a penchant for finding innovative and creative solutions
