Assist in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project planning, task breakdown, and progress trackingFacilitate cross-department communication, consolidate and synchronize complex project information to ensure clarity of team objectives and efficient collaborationResponsible for project documentation, including drafting, archiving, and version control, while maintaining technical documents and meeting recordsSupport the optimization of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and deploymentRegularly summarize project progress, report potential risks to the team, and provide improvement suggestionsRequirements
Familiar with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and proficient in Office/Google Suite applicationsBasic understanding of software engineering principles; familiarity with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) is a plusStrong logical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into executable componentsFluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholdersStrong sense of responsibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and keen attention to detailProactive and collaborative, with strong conflict resolution and cross-team coordination abilities
