Responsibilities:
Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on strategy design and business operationsAssist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as neededHelp with product operations, including BRD preparations, tests, and Q&AProvide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executivesSupport day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making cultureContribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metricsBe part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is criticalRequirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issuesStrong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organizationCapacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervisionStrong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitudePast internship experiences in Consulting, Web3, Finance, or Technology firms and project contribution / involvement would be a plusBasic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plusProficiency in Excel is a must, other Data Analytics tools is a plus Bilingual English/Turkish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholdersWhat We Offer:
