Responsibilities
Responsible for Binance group level monthly closing, end to end quarterly forecast/annual budget processWorking closely with the Finance Business Partnering (FBP) team, understand the key assumptions and business driversResponsible for group level consolidation (10+BU, 20+Central functions), with expectation to innovate/improve the process Partner with central function teams, provide business insights, drive cost efficiencies and identify areas of risk/opportunities. You will also participate in cross business decisions and ensure a strong commercial finance presenceProvide financial insights and scenario analysis from various aspects (cross BU/functions, internal/external, etc) Propose improvement to processes and reporting, pilot tools to optimize business, incl. continuous improvement, development of new/existing systemsCross team collaborations such as accounting/ FBP/ regional finance/ Tech & Big data teams; lead/support on various projects, particularly in reporting automation & digitalisation, process improvement Any other duties assigned by the management from time to timeRequirements
8-12 years of experiences in finance (e.g. FP&A, FBP), with proven experience in similar FP&A role, which involves end-end forecasting/budgeting cycle and group level consolidation; previous experience in accounting/financial reporting will be a plusIdeal candidate will be a visioner (what we want to achieve ), as well as a hands-on actioner (work towards there)Ability to lead project and drive progress forwardProven record of working with non-finance stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with commercial sense, ability to learn quickly, grasp key business drivers Exceptional attention to detail and passion for accurate, high-quality workHardcore, flexible, a self-starter, with high sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work under pressured timelinesProfessional in PowerPoint/Google Slides and use of graphical displays of data for executive presentationsHas team spirits but also work well as an individually (this role is an individual contributor with potential to grow) A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or qualified accountant -ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc
