Who May Apply
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to understand business priorities and devise growth strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Drive business growth through marketing and innovative initiatives in 1-2 regions.
  • Oversee the go-to-market launch of new features in the region.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to leverage local resources, including but not limited to KOLs and affiliates, to achieve growth objectives.
  • Initiate partnerships with external platforms to increase exposure and business opportunities.
  • Develop innovative growth-hack ideas to drive overall business growth.

    • Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-time experience in marketing operations or related roles.
  • Knowledge of the crypto exchange business and an interest in Web3.
  • Proven experience in launching online campaigns from inception to execution, with a focus on data-driven result analysis.
  • Experience working with KOLs and paid media.
  • Strong growth, critical thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Native English speaker; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
