Responsibilities:
Define and lead expansion plans for all African markets and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Government Relations, Compliance, Marketing, Public Relations and Tech teams along the wayAct as a business owner: develop new strategies to relentlessly push operational standards to the next level, shape the business model, and execute accordinglyBusiness development: improve regional crypto adoption and growth through developing new partnerships with biggest regional companies from different industriesBeing a part of the community: understand the community needs and represent Binance in local internal and external events and local mediaOversee and steer budgeting, P&L performance, and financial milestones to reach trading and user targetsRequirements:
A passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time.
