Responsibilities:
Responsible for the P2P fiat product globalization on mobile application and develop product strategies aligned with busniess goalCreate and maintain the app product roadmap, milestones and backlog with strategic priorities of various overseas market’s product penetration planDrive global product & feature shipment and lead beta programs by define the product specification and collaborate with designers, engineers and business stakeholdersCollect and consolidate customers feedback and facilitate user studies to build app product that reflect customers’ needs and requirement.Conduct market research and analyse data for different regions and work closely with oversea/local operations to deliver market-fit solutions. Facilitate the communication with cross-functional teams in overseas to coordinate project progressRequirements:
Deep experience in launching and managing large-scale, global products development cycle with a track record of successful outcomes5+ years of product management experience; technical expertise requiredMethodical in determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations and making data-driven decisions for product optimizationsExperience with analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive changes in product and growth across the companyAbility to specify product requirements in a clear, succinct manner and work with engineers to deliver on specificationsStrong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable with being involved in multiple roles and projects at the same time in a fast pacing environmentAbility to jointly manage projects and keep them on scheduleStrong collaboration skills to influence and inspire internal business team and cross-functional team to drive product adoption and market shareProficiency in English writing and speaking. Mandarin speaking will be mandatory
Nice to have:
