Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Channel Account Manager to join us on this exciting journey. The Channel Partnerships Account Manager will cultivate and manage relationships with our key strategic partners. Working with the Sales team, they will drive growth, maximize value for both parties, and ensure the successful execution of strategic partnership initiatives in line with customer goals. 

Responsibilities 

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, building and nurturing strong relationships at all levels of their organization.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and maximize the value of partnerships through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with strategic partners to develop and execute joint business plans that align with mutual goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
  • Program Execution: Lead the execution of strategic partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. 

Requirements 

  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with strategic channel partners, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in executing joint business plans with partners, aligning initiatives to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong track record of leading partnership programs and initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations) to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Expertise in monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform leadership and drive growth.
  • Skilled in proactively resolving partner inquiries and escalations, maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
