We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will have a supportive and collaborative team with onsite leadership at our new Austin, TX office. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As an SDR, you will partner with our Account Executives and Marketing team in the generation of new business. You will research, prospect, and qualify potential opportunities and identify key decision-makers at target companies, while laying the foundation for a strong business relationship. You will be a key driver of growth for the company, and on the front lines for evangelizing our product to prospective and existing users.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll get to:

  • Generate high-value, well-qualified sales meetings from marketing leads and cold outreach.
  • Strategize with Account Executives to prospect into strategic target accounts and uncover prospect fit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Partner Teams, and Sales Teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Manage, nurture, and grow a pipeline of interested and qualified prospects across your respective territory.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly pipeline quota.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building connections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong proficiency in English, written and spoken, especially business communication 
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
  • Some proficiency/familiarity working with Sales Tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX is $65000 - $75000 (OTE). Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is on target earning.

This role will be based at our new Austin, TX office and in alignment with our return to office policy, this role follows our Hybrid schedule.

This role does not qualify for US Visa support.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
