Branch is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Senior Director Marcom. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will oversee and drive the strategy for all aspects of marketing communications including brand management, public relations, content strategy, website development, and design. You will have the opportunity to influence our internal and external brand and be part of the marketing leadership team.
As a Senior Director Marcom, you’ll get to:
- Own strategic planning for marcom, aligning activities to company objectives and market trends.
- Develop external awareness strategy including communications activities like media relations, analyst relations, crisis communications, and agency management.
- Supervise the development of compelling and consistent content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Drive a strong employment brand through compelling content, advancement of internal communications, and employee touchpoints.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop talent branding through compelling content, advancement of internal communications, and employee touch points.
- Collaborate with design to ensure visual consistency, brand quality in all marketing materials and assets.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of key initiatives like website and SEO improvements, external communications efforts, and content performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on content strategy, brand management, website, PR, social media, and design.
- Proven experience in leadership and management, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience managing agencies and contractors for content, website, SEO, design, and PR including allocating and managing marcom budget.
- Strong understanding and experience with various marketing data metrics to drive informed decisions.
- In-house experience at a growth/start-up company, ideally with SaaS or mobile industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience with Wordpress, GA4, Marketo, and SEO tools preferred.
This role will be based at our Palo Alto office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines. This position is required to be hybrid in office at Palo Alto. Branch is not open to supporting relocation at this time.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, is $245,000-$313,000.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Palo Alto only. Compensation for candidates outside of Palo Alto will be based on the candidate’s specific work location.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
