The People Programs Lead will play a critical role in supporting the success of the People Team by leveraging superior organizational and communication skills to manage People Team projects, develop project plans, manage stakeholders, and facilitate effective collaboration across teams and regions. This position will report to the leader of our People Program Management (PMO) team.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Project Manager on People Team and Braze initiatives by organizing project teams, determining scope, tasks, and timelines, monitoring and reporting project progress, and reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and collaborate with People team members across all Braze global locations to plan, execute, and communicate department initiatives.
- Define and implement standardized project management methodologies, templates, and tools across the People team.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of multiple projects simultaneously, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly review department processes with an eye for continuous improvement and suggest and implement automation and process optimization.
- Communicate openly with members of the People Team and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Build strong People Team and cross-functional partnerships, including other Project Management professionals, and leverage those relationships to reach team goals.
- Collect and analyze data and interpret trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Use project management tools, including Jira and Asana, and best practices to streamline and organize processes.
- Serve as a core member of a collaborative PMO team to oversee and support department-wide events and programs including company-wide OKRs, department-wide meetings, and special events.

- A professional with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Jira experience strongly preferred.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $97,200 - $108,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $108,000 - $120,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
