Who You Are
We’re looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead the execution of content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. In this role, you’ll focus on developing content and enhance search visibility. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, optimize content for organic channels, and refine our lead generation strategy. From repurposing blog posts to creating pillar pages and webinar landing pages, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with prospects and customers. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about executing high-impact content strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation: Develop and publish content that promotes E.E.A.T. (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), including both short-form content (blogs) and long-form content (industry reports, surveys, customer insights, and SaaS data mining) to improve search visibility.
  • Lead-Gen Storytelling: Update and optimize high-converting blog posts by telling more compelling stories that drive prospects to engage further with demos or content downloads.
  • Organic Social Media Management: Repurpose existing content (e.g., blogs, downloadable assets, webinars, marketing videos) into both short and long-form posts for Facebook posts, LinkedIn newsletters, and other organic social channels to boost engagement and traffic.
  • Pinterest/TikTok/Reddit Strategy: Build and grow audiences on the platforms by distributing existing downloadable content and blog posts, enhancing our reach and visibility.
  • Pillar Page Creation: Develop pillar pages to organize and amplify existing blog content clusters (600+ posts), driving more traffic and leads through improved site structure and topic relevance.
  • Webinar Landing Pages: Create, maintain, and optimize webinar landing pages to drive registrations and engagement. Ensure the design is visually appealing, content is up-to-date, and pages are optimized for SEO and conversion.
  • Content Editing & Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread various content types, including blogs, landing pages, presentations, and content offers. Ensure all content meets brand standards and is free from errors before publishing.
  • Webinar Operations & Chat Management: Manage live webinars by acting as the marketing point of contact for panelists, overseeing chat interactions, and ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for participants.
  • Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • 5 years+ total experience in marketing with 2-3 years as a Content Marketer or similar role with expertise in content creation, copywriting, editing, SEO.
  • Strong understanding of E.E.A.T. content principles and how they impact SEO.
  • Experience in writing compelling lead-gen content and optimizing content for conversion.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing content for organic social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest and others.
  • Familiarity with landing page creation, optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with webinar platforms, operations, and chat management.
