We are looking for an experienced DC Supervisor to join our team in leading, inspiring, and motivating employees within our distribution center. As a DC Supervisor at Brooks, you will supervise a team who performs essential functions within the Distribution Center that achieves our goal of providing world-class customer service. People management responsibilities include training, planning, assigning daily work, coaching, mentoring, delivering performance reviews, and resolving problems. You’ll be responsible for creating a work environment where all employees feel appreciated for their efforts and will act as a role model that lives and breathes Brooks values!
