Your Job:
 
As an Integrated Campaign Manager, China, you will report to the Brand Director, China. This position is responsible for driving integrated campaigns, influencing global stakeholders with the interpretation of China/ East Asia nuances, leading agencies and accelerate the implementation of all the key initiatives including brand communications, PR, social, events, assets creation and seeding. 
 
The Integrated Campaign Manager, China is responsible for driving our go to market strategy including seasonal storytelling, brand experience and integrated campaign development across all marketing channels. You’ll be working with an array of Distributor, agencies and vendors at different fronts to bring the Brooks brand to life. You will understand business objectives, product positioning, consumer and customer insights, setting overall marketing and individual campaign objective and develop strategies and content that deliver against local needs. You will partner with the Brand Director, China to facilitate GTM process, ensure a seamless, consistent strategy and execution across seasons.  You will work closely with APLA merchandising, global consumer insights and respective marketing functions to refine strategies and ensure execution against plan. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in brand and product storytelling and the ability to guide cross-functional groups to a cohesive and integrated output.
 
This position will be based in Shanghai but may require business travel. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • 40% Go To Market process: Adoption of Global Content& Creation of urban runner facing assets 
  • Work closely with Brand director to Develop 6-to-12-month view of strategic planning and implementation, both brand and product level.
  • Work closely with Global marketing team to ensure assets are ready for local adaptation 4 weeks before the GTM.
  • Work closely with Global marketing team to provide East Asia urban runner insight and reference/ best practices in campaigns and creative expression.
  • Lead the seasonal campaign briefing and integrated planning
  • Lead the seasonal East Asia urban runner look book and Ecommerce assets shooting brief
  • Work closely with APLA operation team to ensure the head to toe gear (footwear, apparel and accessories) are ordered, shipped and arrived as planned to fulfill the needs in seeding in key races and assets shooting
  • Work closely with APLA operation, marketing and merchandising to ensure samples featured in assets are aligned with inline products and arrive as planned 

  • 30% Seasonal Campaign& Integration: 
  • Set clear KPI with agency partners and review on monthly basis
  • Lead the monthly integration meeting among agency partners: PR& social, sports marketing, event.
  • Work closely with PR& social agency on plan roll out and content/editorial push
  • Lead the seasonal Seeding Strategy & Execution in partnership with the agencies.
  • Manage creative direction and production to drive consistency in brand expression.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure campaign reporting is in time, comprehensive and insightful.
  • Familiar with category trends  

  • 30% Seasonal Operations: 
  • Work closely with distributor’s team on Retail assets calendar and store level activations.
  • Partner with Merchandising teams to identify seasonal hero colorway which resonates with East Asia urban runners.
  • Build recommendations for East Asia urban runner key looks including footwear and apparel pieces across Stories + Products in partnership with Merchandising and assets creation agency 
  • Manage communication with our Ecommerce partner and provide guidance and set up review process for upcoming EC asset shoot 
  • Ensure execution of legal documents required in any brand social accounts entity changes and updates.   
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related profession preferred.
  • Experience in Sports industry is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in brand communication/ digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years proven success partnering with external agencies in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and partnership across multiple divisions.
  • A network thinker: Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots.”
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a range of projects with exceptional attention to detail.
