Your Job:
Supervise and manage all aspects of Brooks’ sales of footwear, apparel and accessories including sell-in and sell-through in Belgium and Luxembourg, as outlined by Brooks Sports.
Your Responsibilities:
Meet yearly revenue plans for footwear, apparel, and accessories for assigned territory.Enter all future booking orders through Brooks’ proprietary web-based tools, manage the at-once order flow and overall orderbook management during the season.Manage and schedule meetings to ensure best in class customer relationshipProvide field feedback on competitor’s products, program, and services as well as marketplace activities.Work with retailers to forecast, develop and implement yearly plans around their footwear and apparel needs to grow Brooks’ market share.Attendance of tradeshows, retailer events, bi-annual sales meetings, etc and present where needed. Work closely with technical representatives to manage and support the retailers.
Your Qualifications:
BA degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field desirable.3+ years’ footwear and apparel sales experienceSpecialty retail (running) experience of at least one year required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and business EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKeen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding the overall strategyDemonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary. General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
