About role: As a Consulting Manager within our Data Import Lab group, you will take on a leadership role in managing a dynamic team of consultants focused on NetSuite data migration and quality assurance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to understand and gather data migration requirements, document process flows, and design solutions for data mapping, cleansing, and import. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring in-depth knowledge of NetSuite data migration, CSV import tools, and the full spectrum of NetSuite's functional processes. Your role will be instrumental in guiding a team of senior and junior consultants, directing and mentoring them to deliver seamless data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-6 consultants responsible for NetSuite data migration and QA projects across ERP rollouts.
  • Design, document, and implement tailored data migration strategies that align with client requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed data migration guides and processes to standardize and streamline data import methodologies.
  • Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios to validate the success of migration efforts.
  • Drive the team to perform thorough quality assurance of both technical and functional aspects of the data migration process.
  • Provide expertise on best practices for data handling, including mapping, cleansing, and importing into NetSuite.
  • Offer mentorship and training to internal team members, expanding their knowledge of NetSuite data structures, import tools, and QA processes.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience working within the NetSuite ecosystem, leading end-to-end implementations with significant exposure to data migration and import of transactional data into NetSuite.
  • Proven expertise in NetSuite data structures, tables, and fields to ensure efficient data migration strategies.
  • Experience with NetSuite’s CSV import tools, advanced saved searches, and reports builder. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, transformation, and cleansing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with an analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex data issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide both senior and junior consultants.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
