Your Role:
As the Marketing and Business Development Director, you will:
- Shape the BPM Global Network Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a localized marketing and business development plan aligned with BPM’s global vision.
- Drive Customer Acquisition: Work with BPM digital marketing team to tailor digital channels (SEO, PPC, email campaigns) and targeted initiatives to attract and retain clients.
- Plan & Manage Events: Lead impactful in-person and virtual events, including seminars, conferences, and client engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with BPM’s central marketing team to align messaging and adapt global content for the global audience.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with industry organizations and sponsors to enhance BPM’s visibility.
- Oversee Digital Marketing: Collaborate with BPM team to tailor UK-specific website content, social media presence, and marketing automation tools to ensure impactful engagement.
- Leverage Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in professional services (accounting, consulting, legal) within the UK market. The ideal candidate will have helped a professional services firm expand globally.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of event management, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing platforms is required.
- Preferred: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and cross-functional collaboration in global organizations.
