Position Overview:
Provide on-site support to dedicated client around their work/life programs and services. The incumbent is responsible for strengthening the relationships with a current client by providing education to their employees on the work/life program and services offered and delivering a comprehensive strategic communication plan.
Note: This is a part-time position (16 hours per week). Shift times will vary and some evening, nighttime, and weekend hours will be required occasionally. This position will require being onsite in Orlando, Florida during work shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for promoting and championing the work/life services on a day-to-day basis.
- Host health fairs, benefit fairs and other booth events as required by client and promote work/life services.
- Provide one-on-one support to employees to counsel them with their work/life needs.
- Provide employees direct access to designated work/life specialists who will conduct the intake and provide case fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with the dedicated Care Account Manager to ensure all needs of the client are met including providing trend information to better respond to and proactively address work/life issues at the client locations.
- Stay informed on all of Care’s new products and services as well as industry trends.
- Share and disseminate best practices across team.
- Continually look for ways to improve support and service to our customers by analyzing and providing feedback on process and procedures.
- And any and all responsibilities as assigned by management.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Experience in delivering presentations to large audiences.
- Proven background in managing multiple assignments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to interact with all levels within a business.
- Travel is required between client locations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Worklife/wellness experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $23.00-$28.00/hr.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
