What you'll do

  • Conduct weekly analysis of ride-hailing competitors within the KSA market by completing mystery shopping trips in competitor apps. Collect and document key market insights.
  • Coordinate activities at high-Density locations—such as airports, malls, and key strategic areas—through field visits. Conduct site surveys, test Careem products, gather feedback to improve customer pickup experiences, and engage with Captains.
  • Collaborate in conducting focus groups with captains, capturing key learnings and insights. (~ Monthly 2-4 Focus Groups)
    Address and resolve Captain issues at the support office.
  • Communicate with captains through calls to understand their concerns, provide guidance, and ensure clear and effective messaging.
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the support experience for captains.
  • Conduct product testing and assist in product launches with captains.
  • Assist in the registration, onboarding, activation, and reactivation stages of the captain lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process throughout each phase

What you'll need

  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze competitor insights, identify process improvements, and document findings effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage Captains, provide clear guidance, and address concerns professionally.
  • Customer-Focused and Collaborative: Skilled in resolving issues, supporting product launches, and collaborating across teams to enhance Captain experiences.
  • Field-Ready and Tech-Savvy: Comfortable conducting site visits, surveys, and product testing, with a strong understanding of mobile app usability.
  • Fresh Graduate in Business: Based in Jeddah with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
