About the role
As a People Operations Intern you will be the heart of our colleague's experience journey and sits in the remit of this role holder. You will be responsible for looking after our Egypt colleagues alongside a team of like minded people operations gurus spread across all of Careem’s markets and verticals. You will be part of a team crafting, developing and maintaining all people processes that impact our colleagues on a day to day basis.
What you'll do
- Effective communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with labor law, Form 1,2,6
- HR Experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work from the office (Minimum 4 days per week).
- Attention to details, organized, people centric, proactive, and have sense of urgency
What you'll need
- You will be responsible for payroll effects.
- Handle incentive program End to end.
- Follow up, and maintain data updates.
- Onboarding and offboarding process
- Handle Medical queries
- Obtain an organized Documents, and Scan the needed files.
- Respond to all colleagues’ enquiries
- Handle outsource colleagues enquiries
