The product manager is responsible for a product or product line's strategy, roadmap, and feature definition. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and achieves business objectives.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends. Translate these requirements into user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, content, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and iteration. Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the product meets quality standards.Product Launch: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of the product. Analyze data, gather insights, and iterate on the product strategy based on feedback and results.Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback from customers through surveys, interviews, and user testing. Use insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the product. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

3+ years working with Technology Product development and deliveryExperience in crafting clear product requirements based on research, data and insights.Experience in a leadership position.Proven experience working within iGaming and online Sports industry.Excellent Communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutionsStrong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills.Comfortable in speaking to any level of seniority, tailoring your message as appropriateFamiliarity with principles of design and UXUnderstanding and experience of product prototyping processTechnical comfort and understanding of application development, cloud computing, and database technologies
