Immerse yourself in collaboration with multiple teams—from Sales to Leadership—to create a comprehensive strategy that connects with iconic brands and drives robust enterprise growth. Your expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and demand generation best practices will not only contribute to our dynamic entry into the market but will also offer you a chance to explore fresh and innovative ways to reach and influence top-tier companies as we position ourselves as a leader in workplace financial wellness.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $181,500 and up to $202,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Build and maintain an effective demand generation strategy that leverages multiple channels, including events, content syndication, paid media, SEO, email, and account-based marketing, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps teams to enhance and expand our Account Based Marketing strategy for scalable and targeted enterprise growth.
  • Ensure the interpretation and regular reporting of pipeline metrics and revenue contribution targets through rigorous data analysis, optimization, and the development of testing plans.
  • Be accountable for demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) and the ratio of qualified pipeline generation to marketing expenditure.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team while managing relationships with external agencies and contractors to ensure productivity and alignment with our goals.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 5-8 years of experience in demand generation or a related field, with a strong background in enterprise B2B marketing. Must have 3-5 years of experience managing and leading teams, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable results.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing a high-performing team while effectively managing relationships with agencies and external partners.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms—ideally HubSpot or Salesforce—to build scalable and efficient demand generation workflows.
  • A strong command of ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, using intent data and predictive analytics to target and engage high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels to drive quality pipeline and conversions.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, interpret, and optimize performance metrics, ensuring demand generation efforts align with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Experience running demand generation campaigns leveraging AI—while not required, familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation is a significant plus.
