The range for this role is $57,000 - $77,000
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 5% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.
Interested candidates must be willing and able to work onsite minimum 3 times per week in our Melbourne, FL office.
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Job
This role will focus on enhancing our learning initiatives through the effective use of technology, training, and content creation. The Learning Technologies Specialist (LTS) will have a strong background in learning management systems and a keen understanding of emerging learning technologies. This role partners closely with Training and Development (T&D) Consultants and CCM business units to design, develop, and maintain content in the learning management systems. The primary functions of this position will be day-to-day administration and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS), build new courses and course content, modify existing courses and course content, data reporting, and collaborate with content experts to implement best learning practices and curriculums.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Learning Technologies:
- Manage users and ensure account viability and proper course and learning path assignments
- Ensure alignment and integration with HRIS
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of current technology and program updates as it applies to LMS systems
- Develop, maintain, and track training records
- Provide support to staff in using learning technologies and facilitate workshops to enhance digital literacy
- Serve as point of escalation for support issues, including vendor relationship management
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses
- Research and recommend new training technology solutions based on emerging needs
Training Content:
- Develop content in various formats including, but not limited to, process documentation, learning paths, scheduled sessions, and job aids
- Collaborate with T&D Consultants and Knowledge Management System Specialist to build and maintain learning paths and learning resources in support of organizational performance support needs
- Actively support the T&D team and contribute to the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including one-on-one guidance, tutoring, coaching and feedback
Data Assessment:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions
- Use data analytics to evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring taught skills and techniques become long-term work behavior
- Work collaboratively with both HR and department leaders to ensure effective annual compliance learning and reporting
- Monitor and assess training programs to identify need for updates based on feedback, company change, and performance metrics
Other:
- Work assigned tickets in ticketing system
- Help to maintain updates in team project system
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s Christian beliefs
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of LMS configuration, including learning paths, page design, menus, and graphics
- Proficient in the use of learning management systems and a variety of instructional technologies

Education and/or Experience
- Associate degree with 3-5 years of experience in corporate training role OR similar combination of education and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in System Administration, Communications, Adult Learning, HR or closely related field with 1-3 years of experience preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and emerging learning technologies required
- Administrative experience with Litmos and/or LinkedIn Learning preferred
- Knowledge of data analytics to assess training effectiveness required
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) preferred
