CircleCI is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to assist in the strategic planning and implementation of multi-channel, cross-functional campaigns. This role will support the go-to-market campaigns strategy to engage, acquire, and retain customers, positioning CircleCI as a leader in the future of work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our target audiences.
- Develop an understanding of our audiences using frameworks like job-to-be-done (JTBD) and ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Collaborate with Lifecycle and other channel teams to coordinate effective distribution across the customer journey.
- Support the coordination of the campaign implementation process, aligning with key stakeholders on objectives and timelines.
- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across all funnel stages to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Support the go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
- Assist in crafting compelling messaging and strategic positioning that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of the product to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing programs, leveraging metrics and KPIs to support performance optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support the build-out of end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of support experience in Demand Gen or campaign marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional communicator who is comfortable operating cross-functionally.
- Highly collaborative and a team player - known for breaking down silos and bringing out the best in teams.
- Strong in project management with the ability to assist in coordinating multiple projects across various people and teams with deadlines and due dates.
- Experience with content and marketing channels, including digital ads, CRM, and social.
- Ability to interpret data and make inferences and recommendations.
- Interest in video - as a marketer you have been exposed to video marketing and virtual events.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in assisting in crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and content across diverse channels.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for campaign management and optimization.
- Solid analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to enhance campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Strong ownership mentality with a determined attitude to achieve results.
- Self-starter capable of supporting strategic initiatives and tactical projects independently.
